Established in 2007, Rocky Mountain Mine Computing,
LLC specializes in providing mine layout, mine reserving, and mine scheduling consulting services to the mining industry.
With over 30 years of mine engineering and consulting experience in a variety of mining applications in a variety of
countries, RMMC has the background to deliver mine planning solutions appropriate to the customer’s needs. An accurate production schedule
is a key element in the overall mine plan as many "downstream" planning and costing functions depend on it. Development
of accurate medium and long term schedules as well as the production plans that use the schedule as a basis is a specialty
of RMMC. This can help to maximize the overall profitability of the mine. RMMC works with operators to provide sound long and medium
range production schedules. This being a specialty results in accurate plans at a low cost.
While primarily focused on coal, capabilities to plan and schedule other mineral deposits also exist. For clients that want to develop the production schedule
on their own, RMMC can in most cases provide the layout, reserves, and scheduling objects in a format to feed into the client's
scheduling system. RMMC primarily uses MineScape
